Amenities
The Guest Suite is available for use by guests of VillaRiva residents.
A. Any Unit Owner or Tenant desiring to use the Guest Suite must make prior arrangements with the Management Office and sign the appropriate rental agreements and pay the applicable fees. The Unit Owner or Tenant must be in residence in his or her Unit during the period that the suite is occupied by his or her guests.
B. A Unit Owner or Tenant may reserve the Guest Suite for up to seven (7) consecutive nights per year by making a reservation. The reservation cannot be made more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of use. If the Guest Suite is available, Unit Owners and Tenants may reserve it for up to an additional seven (7) day period by making a reservation not more than thirty (30) days prior to the reservation period. There is a fourteen (14) night maximum use by any Unit Owner or Tenant per calendar year.
C. Occupancy is permitted no earlier than 4:00 pm on the first day, and the Guest Suite must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
D. Maximum occupancy is four (4) persons, including children. All occupants must be eighteen (18) years or older if not accompanied by an adult. No pets are allowed in the Guest Suite.
E. Unit Owners or Tenants are responsible for their guests and for the condition of the Guest Suite after departure of their guests. The Association reserves the right to collect from the Unit Owner or Tenant the cost of any damage or inventory loss.
