The River Lounge is available for use and enjoyment by all VillaRiva residents.
Any resident desiring to use any part of the River Lounge for a private party or other type of private gathering must make prior arrangements with the Management Office and sign the appropriate rental agreements. There is a usage fee and a cleaning deposit which must be paid in advance of such use.
